We're starting off the new year strong

Posted by Vincent Lauria on Thursday, January 8, 2009

We were away for the holidays, but we're back now, in full force, saving hundreds of MSN Groups.  If you hadn't heard from us for the past week, apologies, we just had a ton of MSN managers to contact, you should here from us soon, within the next day or two.

We've begun importing some very large groups too, one of them has over half a million posts!  If you have a large MSN Group, and have been having trouble with sites like Multiply and Aimoo, look no further, submit your group to us and we'll be able to handle it.  We have dozen of servers running to download everybody's group.  We're downloading multiple groups at a time.  The small ones take just a few minutes, the large one's may take a few hours, but we'll be able to download your group, no matter what the size.

Here's to a new home for your MSN Group in 2009!

Happy Turkey Day

November 27, 2008
We just wanted to wish everybody a happy Thanksgiving here in the U.S.  Thank you everybody for your warm comments and feedback, we'll be releasing a beta version of our mover in just a few days.  We've spoken to many of you and have picked a small group of admins to work with for testing during this beta period.

And if you taking a break from your feast, watch this video on how to (and how not-to) behave on an internet discussion board.

MSN Group Mover Coming Soon

November 17, 2008
Hi everybody, we're making great progress - we've been hard at work developing our MSN Group mover and we'll be releasing it very soon. In the meantime, you can use the Contact form on the side to send us information about yourself and your MSN Group.  We'll keep you updated by email and let you know when we're ready to move your group.

Hello World

November 4, 2008
Hello everybody, thank you for all the emails you've been sending us over at lefora.com, we're listening to your requests and have started this site so we can help build an exporter/importer for your MSN Group and move it onto Lefora.  We're sorry that Microsoft MSN is shutting your Groups down, but we're hopefully that will be able to build a migration tool to make your move seemless - and hopefully a little more pleasent with new features on lefora that you haven't seen before on MSN Groups.
